In Shape´s Monologue I wanted to create paintings very simple in composition where no more than three shapes and patterns repeat. Additionally, to even point out the simplicity of the paintings I also chose a limited spectrum of colours. This approach results in a painting that can aesthetically resemble some kind of a design fabric. However, this repetition indicates the feeling that the painting suddenly loses its edges and therefore it becomes infinite.
